How do I book a boat?

Pick a boat in the catalogue, choose a date and duration, then send your request. The slot is held immediately and our team confirms your booking by email.

Do I need a boating licence?

It depends on the boat: each listing shows whether a licence is required. Some boats can be rented without one.

When and how do I pay?

Depending on the boat, payment is made online by card when booking (secure payment via Stripe) or on site when you take over the boat. Exact terms are in your booking confirmation.

What happens in bad weather?

If conditions are unsafe, the trip is postponed or cancelled free of charge. We will contact you in advance if needed.

Can I cancel or change my booking?
